Chiropractor and Fitness Coach

I am a Chiropractor and a fitness coach with nearly a decades worth of experience in the health & fitness industry, including working within sports performance as well as boutique studio gyms. 

After spending some time in the industry, I grew tired of how health and fitness has become overcomplicated due to the overload of information, marketing tactics, complex research, body image pressures, and an overemphasis on external factors.

Returning to a more balanced and simplified approach that prioritizes sustainable habits, individual needs, and overall well-being can help navigate this complexity. 

I've made it my mission to help people take control of their health, and ultimately their lives, by providing easy and actionable lessons on all things health and fitness.


As a part of my mission, I've created a YouTube channel and Instagram page where I upload videos and other content to offer a simplified approach to health and fitness. 

My aim is to empower individuals in their health journey by providing accessible, realistic, and reliable information to allow them to reach the health of their dreams!
